Erasmus für Mitarbeitende der RUB: Lehre und Weiterbildung in Europa
Ins Ausland zum Lehren oder zur Fort- und Weiterbildung – das International Office zeigt Wege und Möglichkeiten der Organisation und Finanzierung auf. Über Erasmus werden kurze Auslandsaufenthalte verschiedenster Art gefördert: Lehren an Partneruniversitäten, Teilnahme an Staff Training Weeks oder Kennenlernen von Arbeitsabläufen und –Organisation durch Job Shadowing (zum Beispiel innerhalb der Europäischen Universität UNIC https://uni.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/de/unic-european-university-cities-post-industrial-transition).. "‌") Nachdem das Team der Outbound Mobility Services die Möglichkeiten vorgestellt hat, ist genug Zeit, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten und vielleicht schon in die konkrete Planung eines Auslandsaufenthalts einzusteigen.

As an International Student at RUB
International students are a great opportunity for RUB and contribute to both academic success and campus diversity. However, students and university staff also face challenges. In this Coffee Talk, we will discuss the difficulties that international students must overcome: We will outline the journey of international students from visa applications to housing and navigating immigration regulations in their studies, daily life, and integration into the job market. We will also introduce the services offered by RUBiss International Student Services for students and RUB staff that support them in managing these many challenges. How can advisory offices in faculties and university administration work together to best support international students during their studies? We would like to exchange ideas with you on this topic.
